  1. Pour warm water into the bowl (mixer), add yeast and mix to dissolve.
  2. Add salt, honey, butter, eggs and 3 cups of flour. Mix in low speed (paddle attachment) for 10 min.
  3. Add 3 more cups of flour and mix on medium to low speed for 10 min (dough hook attachment). If it's too sticky, SLOWLY add flour.
  4. Lightly coat dough in oil, place on a clean surface (or bowl), cover lightly and let rise until doubled, about 45 min.
  5. Poke dough down, knead on a floured surface to remove air bubbles.
  6. Divide in half (mine usually makes 3 loafs), shape loaves, lightly coat in oil and place in greased 9 inch pans. Lightly cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 min.
  7. Bake at 350F for about 30 min. Loaves will be golden brown and sound hollow when you tap them.
  8. Let rest in pan for a few minutes then turn on a wire rack to cool completely.
